On November 8, 2011, Callibra, Inc. dba Discharge 1-2-3 was
named one of the 10 winners of the 2011 Chicago Innovation Awards,
out of more than 400 company nominees.
The awards ceremony was held at Harris
Theater in Chicago with over 1400 attendees from a Who's Who in
Chicago Business. Accepting the award was Christopher Galassi,
Callibra CEO and Technical Director who brought with him members
of his team including Drs. Stephen Dodds, M.D., Colin Kaide,
M.D., and William Reynen.
Also as part of the recognition and to
spotlight Illinois Technology, Dr. Galassi and Dr. Richard Brantner, Callibra CMO, traveled to New York City with other
winning companies to ring the NASDAQ opening bell with Illinois
Governor Pat Quinn and the Tech America advocacy group on November
15, 2011.
The Chicago Innovation Awards, celebrating
its 10th year, is the Chicago region’s foremost recognition of the
most innovative new products or services brought to market or to
public service each year.
The Chicago Innovation Awards ceremony and
